We encourage you to use the Journal of Clinical Examination (www.thejce.com) which is a great resource to use which has been produced by students in Oxford clinical school. Its a journal that aims to provide evidence-based guidelines in a user friendly format for medical students, and is largely written by ex-Oxford students.
